The solution involved creating captivating and interactive eLearning modules, aligned with state voter registration legislation, and introducing an Organizer Certification program. These modules were carefully crafted using content from subject matter experts, live webinars, and previous training materials. With gamification techniques, the course incorporated interactive elements, quizzes, and decision-making scenarios to boost engagement and provide immediate feedback, resulting in a heightened learning experience for the learners.
Design And Development Process
Our team worked with the following Subject Matter Experts: the Director of Voter Registration, the Director of Voter Registration Quality Assurance, the Director of Data, and Director of Communications. We created a fully responsive, digital learning solution that is accessible to partners 24/7 on multiple platforms. The solution included:
- An initial needs assessment and identified learning objectives.
- A review of all content including videos, webinars, and PPTs
- Created comprehensive text storyboards in Google Docs for review and comments from SMEs.
- A mix of visually appealing interactive courses, scenario-based interactions, and interspersed knowledge checks in multiple choice, true/false and other formats
- Scenario based interactions were designed to replicate situations organizers may encounter in the real-world.
- Gamification elements linked the knowledge obtained in the courses with immediate feedback and reward.
- Job Aids and infographics were available to partners for immediate access in the field. They were designed with a strong visual component to help learners retain key information and processes.

If it’s the first time you’ve collaborated with us, we recommend allowing three to four months to develop 60 minutes of finished e-learning content. From there, each additional hour of finished e-learning content adds about an additional month to the schedule.
